Hi, I’m Nicola, a registered Nutritional Therapist and mum of 3 young children. I am on a mission to help mums to feel their best, no matter what stage of motherhood they are at. Whether you are trying to conceive or have multiple children and are exhausted from juggling all the balls that us modern mothers have to manage on a daily basis, I am here to help show how what you eat can change how you feel. This is not about quick fixes, fad diets or cutting out entire food groups, it’s about eating food that you love and that loves you back.

I know how hard it is to try and eat a balanced diet when you have so many other people to look after and a never ending to do list, there never seems the time to take care of your own body. I’m here to help you switch things around and empower you to put yourself first!
