In our modern, western society we no longer have the support of our elders or tribe to help and guide new mothers through pregnancy and the postnatal period. I am here to help look after you. I want to empower you with the knowledge and the tools to help you truly nourish your body so that you are the best you can be throughout this unique time of life.
Hi, I’m Nicola
A registered Nutritional Therapist and mum of 3 young children. I am on a mission to help mums to feel their best, no matter what stage of motherhood they are at. Whether you are trying to conceive or have multiple children and are exhausted from juggling all the balls that us modern mothers have to manage on a daily basis, I am here to help show how what you eat can change how you feel. This is not about quick fixes, fad diets or cutting out entire food groups, it’s about eating food that you love and that loves you back.
I know how hard it is to try and eat a balanced diet when you have so many other people to look after and a never ending to do list, there never seems the time to take care of your own body. I’m here to help you switch things around and empower you to put yourself first!
